Indian food at 1933 HOB is the real deal. We've eaten at hundreds of Indian restaurants around the world (including in India), and the food here is easily in our top 10 places. And it's here in Edwardsville! The only downside? You have to get here for lunch -- or think ahead and get your dinner to go. It's a pared-down menu, but if you love Indian food, you'll find something to love.
I have been dined here for both lunch and dinner and the Indian food at lunch was some of the best I've tasted and could tell it was authentically prepared. I recommend the lamb Roganjosh and chicken Tikka Masala. The Steaks and cocktails have also been spot on. There is a decent mix of sweeter cocktails which seem to suit most palates around this area, but they've started adding a few more 'spirit-forward' drinks like the Boulevardier for those looking to expand their flavor profiles.
