As natives of India, they both grew up with massive focus on family while learning to create and put forth the best flavors profiles of food from other family members and their various jobs in the food & hospitality industry.

Bernard brings over 25 years of experience working in 5-star luxury hotels across India and in restaurants & hospitality industry in the US. Because of his curious and entrepreneurial spirit, he often asked questions and learned every part of the kitchen he could. After all, the long-term dream was to create an unforgettable restaurant experience that also showcased his love for all things bourbon, the true American spirit. Simmi grew up in the restaurant industry and really fell in love with the business and hospitality side. Simmi admits that while she can’t cook, she loves to taste the foods and share cuisine with their customers.
